The company currently has three plate production lines, with an annual production of about 10 million tons of high-quality steel. The high-pressure water descaling systems used in the three plate production lines are all designed and manufactured by Panmao Technology. The descaling systems of the three production lines have a relatively high configuration, and the operating pressure of the descaling pumps is around 30Mpa. The project has been in use for more than 7 years since it was put into operation in 2016. The equipment operates very stably at the user site and has a long service life. In particular, the double-shell descaling pump produced by the company has been running stably online for more than 20,000 hours, which has greatly reduced operation and maintenance costs for users and has been highly recognized by users.
As a long-term supplier to this user, the company provides equipment with advantages such as product specificity, quality stability, after-sales service and timely return visits. It is also designated as the only supplier of spare parts for the descaling system and has signed an annual long-term maintenance framework contract for the descaling pump.
