On December 18, the launch meeting of Panmao Technology's "Quality Improvement Year of Brand Building" special work was held in the lecture hall. The meeting focused on in-depth study and implementation of the company's strategic deployment, and mobilized all cadres and employees to unify their thinking, clarify goals, and implement responsibilities. The meeting informed about the typical problems currently existing in the company's quality inspection process and outstanding issues in each quality management sector, and used factual data to sound the "alarm bell" on quality. The meeting announced and implemented the "2026 Quality Improvement Year Implementation Plan", clarified four core tasks, and drew a clear blueprint for quality improvement work. The meeting pointed out that carrying out the "Quality Improvement Year" activity is an important measure for the company to base on the current development reality, cope with market competition, and promote brand building. Quality is the foundation for the survival and development of an enterprise. It is directly related to market reputation, customer satisfaction and the vital interests of all employees. It must be fully participated, fully controlled, and comprehensively improved.

Regarding the next step of work, Zhang Bo emphasized: we must have a clear understanding of the current situation and challenges faced by quality work and resolutely get rid of the "comfort mentality". He put forward four specific requirements: First, leaders should take the lead and set an example. Management cadres at all levels must assume the responsibility of the first person responsible, personally deploy and supervise, go deep into the front line to solve practical problems, and be advocates of quality concepts and pioneers in practice. The second is full participation and coordinated operations. Advocate the concept of "the next process is the customer", encourage employees to make suggestions based on their own positions, and form a good atmosphere in which "everyone cares about quality and everyone creates quality". The third is to work hard and be truthful and pragmatic. We always adhere to the style of "tell the truth, do practical things, and see practical results", use data and facts to test results, and ensure that work is implemented. The ultimate goal is to win customer satisfaction and secondary recognition. The fourth is to persist and establish long-term effects. Take this event as an opportunity to institutionalize and normalize good experiences and practices in a timely manner, continue to improve the quality management system, and integrate the pursuit of excellent quality into the company's DNA.
